Recommended Dosing:
1/8 tsp - 5mg
1/4 tsp - 10mg
3/8 tsp - 15mg
1/2 tsp - 20mg
Start with 1/8 tsp in the morning mixed in food or drink.
Increase daily by 1/8 tsp until you see the best effects. If behavior worsens, reduce the dose, until you find the perfect amount for your child.
Do NOT have milk or dairy products 2 hours near taking Super Folinic Acid. It will prevent absorption and effect.

We are happy to now offer two different types of Super Folinic Acid - High Dose
Option 1 - Xylitol-Enriched. Xylitol is a sugar-free sweetener that is used in our original formula.This formula includes 120 servings of 5mg Folinic Acid (and other nutrients)Each serving size is 1/8 tsp.It has a total gram weight of 63g (xylitol is heavier than most ingredients, such as magnesium)
2 - Magnesium-Enriched. Magnesium is used in this formula as a sweetener instead of Xylitol.This formula also includes 120 servings of 5mg Folinic Acid (and other nutrients)Each serving size is 1/8 tsp.It has a total gram weight of 24g (magnesium is lighter than the xylitol it is replacing, but has the same volume)
Some people have asked how the Total Gram Weight on the front of the two different bottles can be different,when the volume and dosing and serving sizes are the same. This is because Xylitol weighs about 3 times as much as Magnesium, so the total weight on the front of the bottles are different, but we are able to keep the serving size and dosing the same.

Don’t you hate the "potato chip bag effect?" So do we! When you open the Super Folinic Acid bottle, you may notice there’s a lot of extra space. It makes many of us feel like we’ve been ripped off. Just like when we open a bag of potato chips. Fear not! Our goal is to make the highest quality supplements for your child. When making supplements for kids, there’s things we have to consider:
They’re picky eaters. Keeping dose size small helps them consume it all.
We could add fillers to make the bottle more full, but then the kids have to take a larger dose, perhaps taking a tablespoon instead of a teaspoon. In addition, we don’t want to use fillers. We want our supplements to be pure active ingredients. Keeping the supplement as a highly concentrated powder, allows dose size to be a small volume, so it’s more likely your child will take it.
Most kids don’t swallow capsules. Having a supplement as a powder helps.
Capsules consume a lot of space in a bottle, especially the dead space between caps. If you opened every capsule in a different vitamin bottle, and poured the powder into the bottle, it’s easy to see how concentrated that powder can be.
Bottle size and cost.
We need to use a bottle of a certain size so the print is legible on the label. With too tiny of a bottle, you can't read the ingredients. If we added more product to make the bottle fuller, it would cost double or ...triple! So, there's a fine line of bottle size, cost, and readability of the label.
We hope this explains why our Super Folinic Acid has the "Potato Chip Bag Effect." We want to make vitamins that are a concentrated small dose, so it's easier for children to take. We don't want to use fillers. We want the bottle readable. We want the supplements to be affordable. So, to achieve all of this, the downside is a half empty bottle.
Please make sure that the bottle should contain the amount listed on the label.
For instance: Super Folinic Acid High-Dose should contain 5mg x 120 servings, that’s 600 mg total. If each dose is 1/8 tsp, and there are 120 servings, there should be 15 tsp in the bottle
